Tower Neighbourhood Renewal in the Greater Golden Horseshoe link opens new window

A study has been released that analyzes high rise apartment tower neighbourhoods in the Greater Golden Horseshoe developed in the post World War II period (1945-1984) and the provincial polices that can influence their renewal.  The study was commissioned by the Ontario Growth Secretariat, in the Ministry of Infrastructure.
